Myself & Yoga Pioneer, Ana Forrest of Forrest
Yoga, during my completion of her Advanced
Teacher Training in Boston, 2007

“I have been competing as an amateur triathlete for 3 years and this year I was
training for my long distance triathlon. Willow was an essential part of my training
and recovery program. Her unique integration of stretching and massage allowed me
to recover quickly and I learned how to do better stretching on my own. I am proud
to say that I am an Ironman and Willow was an important part of my success as a
triathlete and Ironman finisher. I will continue scheduling appointments with Willow
because I believe in the advantage of training smart and staying injury free."

First ever marathon!  It's not about the time, only the
process...
"I first became acquainted with Willow through her yoga classes.  Her keen
observations and exquisite sensitivities helped me to realize some ill effects I was
unknowingly bringing upon myself.  I soon saw her as my massage therapist and
this was truly a turning point for my optimal health.  Willow is very intuitive and is a
perceptive listener and observer.  Together, we discovered that my trapezius was
the source of my affliction and after a few sessions I was liberated from a stagnant
sort of pain that I had been  burdened with for three years."
