Nutrition
Quick Tips:

Eat from local farmer's markets...food is abundant close
by and helps to sustain local agricultural practices, keeps
food prices low and supports our farmers.

Eat only organic, free-range meats and eggs or preferably
wild salmon.

Switch to Hazlenut Milk, it's smooth, creamy and doesn't
congest the sinuses and clog the digestive tract.

Switch to Sheep or Goat Feta cheeses as our body has a
much easier time digesting than cow dairy.

Fats, Fats, & more Fats!  Avocadoes, nuts, seeds, coconut oil
for cooking, olive oil and high quality cod/fish oil daily.
You need fats to burn fats and keep the cell walls strong and
protected from free radicals.

Filtered H2O: Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces daily.
Water flushes your body of cell wastes and fluids.

Getting a head start on your diet is
crucial so you ensure optimal energy
and ward off illness.  There are so
many ways to address your
nutrition...there are also many factors
to take into account.
