Here are a few ways to begin or add to your workouts.
1. Smile! You should be having fun, otherwise it feels like
a task and you are less likely to continue.
2. Jump Rope
3. Punching Bag/Boxing...I've got the Gloves & Mitts.
4. Yoga
5. Gardening...just plant something, anything.
6. Walk, Jog, Run...Move those legs.
7. Add a Hill...no, uphill you can have downhill later.
8. Plank Pose for 5 minutes a Day...Phew!
9. Instead of sitting for your lunch at work...get outside.
10.Bike Trails...Hagg Lake is beautiful! So is Powell Butte.
